Wild Contact Lenses Will Make Your Vampire Costume More Terrifying

WildVampireContactLensesDo you think you were actually scary last Halloween? Really, did you think you were a terrorizing dad in a Dracula costume or a psychotic slasher in a Jason hockey mask? Or were you a Mom dressed up as a screeching, cackling, ugly witch? Chances are that no one really thought it was all that frightening after all. Just imagine what some wild contact lenses would do to your appearance.  Staring intensely at the kids with some really freaky eye contacts, would really catch them off guard!

You see, most kids, probably found your costume and overall appearance last year quite lame. The trouble is that kids are hardcore like that nowadays. They’ve been exposed to so much “scary” stuff such as Leather Face, and Freddy Krueger, so I guess what else can we expect?

wildbloodredvampirelensesYou need something a bit more over-the-top. Some really original and creepy Gothic contact lenses, would make all the difference and complete your overall frightening, look then watch their skin crawl and their hair stand on end!. This will really catch them off-guard when they arrive at your house for trick-or-treating. Are you ready to terrorize the neighborhood kids?

I don’t ever see decent special effect contact lenses in the usual Halloween costume and accessories stores. But no worries, all you have to do is to turn to your personal computer for a wondrous array of wild contact lenses. Sort through the numerous types and colors and find a pair to suit any monster, witch, ghost,  goblin or Gothic vampire costume.

This year take that extra step for making your horrifying get-up look as real as possible – wear some Halloween contact lenses. Isn’t it time that you were the one that had the best costume at the party?

Novelty contact lenses that make you look unique

These are from the wild contact lens section which is popular during Halloween. But the milder tint contact lenses such as light blue or green tint can give you a subtle yet quite a different look.

Halloween Eye Contacts Can Complete Your Halloween Ensemble

This year, be safe, be scary and rock the Halloween costume party with Halloween eye contacts.

Tips For Buying Quality Discount Contact Lenses Online

Among the many kinds of contact lenses you can buy are: novelty, colored, crazy, Halloween, special effects, theatrical, costume, scary, glow in the dark, wild eyes, mirrored, black, white, and red.

Watch Horror Movies To Help Put You In The Mood For Halloween!

Halloween Horror MoviesHalloween is just around the corner, and possibly your kids are starting to get really excited and are already planning on what costume to wear this Halloween, but what if you’re just not getting into the the whole Halloween thing? Then you should consider watching some horror movies – they’ll get your blood rushing and will also give you some great costume ideas too!!

There seems to be an adrenaline rush that we get when we are scared, and horror movies are a great way to spark this rush. Horror films have been around for decades, they go back to the 1920’s, but they seem to keep getting better and scarier!

Personally, I don t need to see a lot of blood and gore to be freaked out by horror movies. Sometimes the less I actually see and the more that is left to my imagination, then more freaked out I get. The element of surprise is also something that is a huge attraction for me – I love not knowing what’s going to happen next, I’m not fond of predictable movies, where you can guess what’s coming up next, a good twist makes a great scary movie!

Horror Films

Everyone’s taste in horror movies is different, we all have different things that scare us, but whatever your taste might be, it’s easy to find one that appeals to you. Obviously, you can find the newer movies still in the theaters, and the older ones are now out on DVD and can be found for a very good price at many online stores, but one I really like and use a lot is TurnerClassicMovies.com.

Halloween is probably one of the greatest horror classics of all time. If you haven’t seen this film, then you’re really missing out. The plot is as simple as a psychotic lunatic pursuing a teenage girl. It’s really quite frightening. One of the really great things about many of the old classic horror movies is their simplicity. They don’t usually possess an intricate plot like some of the more modern ones, but they can still scare the bleep bleep out of you!

Some more famous horror movies include the slasher flicks like Nightmare on Elm Street, The Fog, The Howling and Terror Train. There’s just something about the terror and suspense of these movies. Sure, they can be gory, but still, they’re fake at the same time. If you’re want to get into the Halloween mood, then these ones are a must see. You can find them at pretty much any local video store.

Ideas For How To Host A Vampire Theme Party

If you are thinking about hosting your own vampire theme party, then you may find these suggestions useful to help you acquire the right dark, mysterious, sinister and sexy atmosphere…

draculascoffin2When you invite your guests, ask them to dress up as vampires, vampiresses, bats, or vampire victims. (You can suggest they visit PlusSizeVampireCostume.com for some great ideas!)

You want to make your home look dark and mysterious, so drape all windows and glass doors with black fabric. Also drape mirrors with red or black cloth, remember vampires have no reflections!

You can make a homemade coffin and place it in the corner of the room. This is easy to do – get 4 large cardboard boxes of the same size, cut 2 sides off of each box, then tape the boxes together with packing tape in a long row to represent a makeshift coffin.

You can then paint it with brown paint to make it look more authentic and then stand it up where all can see it. If you are feeling artistic, you could paint a Dracula on the lid of the coffin.

Next you should hang rubber bats from the ceiling at lots of different levels, and don’t forget to put some at eye-level too!

For drinks, serve a red punch, red wine, and for food, serve rare bloody steaks, and an idea for dessert could be vanilla ice-cream with red food coloring drizzled on it.

Have a candelabra as the centerpiece for your table and have many more candles alight all around your home to give that eerie feeling.

If you have a TV in the room, you could put on a classic Vampire movie like the 1931 Dracula movie, it’s in balck and white and will add to the eerie effect.

You can replace the regular light bulbs in your lamps with red colored bulbs which will help to enhance the “vampish” atmosphere.

Use red and black helium filled balloons around your home.

You can bake a coffin-shaped cake and ice it with black icing (the recipe is available at Halloween Online) – that would make a great conversation piece .
